Woolpack Public House Islip

We were requested to do an investigation into the Woolpack Pub and Restaurant at Islip, near Thrapston. It is situated near to the river...........something we like as water is a good conductor of paranormal activity.
We had a late investigation starting at midnight and got some very interesting contacts through the board. One of these was a male called Charles who was executed in Thrapston in either 1658 or 57. Another name that came through was Mary, who passed in 1874.
Perhaps the most interesting name that came through was that of Benjamin Hall who was not from Islip but stayed there on occasions. He stated he was from London and came to Islip on business. He gave us his passing date as 1869.
We later did some research and found that Benjamin Hall was a famous politician from London.
